Melboune Mews apartments and family homes in Wheathampstead for Jarvis Homes are progressing well with the first houses nearing completion for the new owners to move into.

The new 62 bedroom care home for St. Michael's Homes at Dudbrook Hall, Brentwood is progressing well with basement and groundworks in progress and ground floor beam and block floors programmed for early next month.

Eastleigh 80 bedroom care home and close care apartments is nearing completion with the marketing suite now open.

Work has now commenced on a new 82 bedroom care home with Lawrence Baker in Worthing for Cinnamon Care and also a 28 bedroom specialist acute brain injury facility in Basingstoke for Inspire Neurocare with Lancer Scott.

Groundworks have commenced for a new head office and residential conversion project at Luton Airport, one of which was a former hospital building.
