An 82 bedroom care home for Cinnamon Care Collection designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and family visitors.



RDT Architects were appointed on the project from Workstage 4 and are now novated to the care home specialist contractor, @LawrenceBaker, for the construction phase.



Having worked successfully with our longstanding design and build contractor, Lawrence Baker, for some years, this is one of three projects currently on site out of a total of 9. Each project and site has presented different challenges and opportunities that, as a team with the experience of working together, we are able to effectively problem solve through collaboration and team work.
