New 70 bedroom care home for Hamberley Development and operator Care UK.

 

RDT Architects are part of the wider design team on this new build mixed use care masterplan in Basingstoke which also includes a 40 unit retirement apartment scheme, dentist surgery and public house and are currently working on a 28 bedroom specialist care facility for Inspire Neurocare.

RDT were appointed by the main contractor Highwood Construction during the build phase following our involvement in the pre-construction project stages.

The project team included Highwood Construction, Project Managers Fed3, Harniss Engineers, MEP Electrical Consultants and  Structural & Civil Engineers Ward Associates.
