The site constraints allowed a strong integration of architecture and landscape with the property from street view appearing to be a bungalow, although there are lower floors hidden below, which ties in with the sloping topography.

The 3-storey building has level access onto the external terraces at various levels and a modern material palette is to be used.

Planning achieved at appeal.  Currently applying for Reserved Matters approval following detailed dialogue with Three Rivers District Council.
