Here is an update on some of the care home construction projects that RDT are currently working on:-

Dudbrook Hall

This new 62 bedroom care home in Brentwood provides accommodation over 2 floors with staff and ancillary facilities in the basement.

RDT are working with main contractor @Horizon for owner operators St. Michael’s Homes.

Merriman Grange, Worthing

RDT have provided the detailed design for this new 82 bedroom care home in Worthing for operators @CinnamonCareCollection and contractor @LawrenceBaker and are now looking forward to work progressing on site.

Basingstoke ABI

RDT have been involved from conception on this new 28 bedroom specialist acute brain injury care facility for @InspireNeurocare with the needs of the end user of paramount importance from the outset.

RDT worked on the pre-contract stages with @HamberleyDevelopment and main contractor @LancerScott during the build phase
