RDT Architects Collaboration with the Herts & Beds CE Club

 

At RDT, we take pride in being an active part of the Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club (HBCEC) - a dynamic network committed to driving innovation, collaboration, and best practices in the construction industry.

Founded in 2005, the Club celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2025, marking two decades of bringing together industry leaders, professionals, and organisations dedicated to shaping the future of construction.

 

Our CEO, Richard Tavener, is Chairman and founding member, playing a pivotal role in steering the Club’s vision, while Marion serves as Membership Secretary and Events Organiser, ensuring our community stays connected, engaged and informed through a range of impactful events.

 

The Club were delighted to win the 2025 Employer of the Year Award from Oaklands College, being up against some of the top construction companies in the area.  This award recognised the Club’s longstanding commitment to the college and it’s students.
