New build extra care development for Jewish Care.

Two buildings orientated around a landscaped courtyard and communal gardens with 32 apartments including basement service areas and ground floor communal hub. RDT worked closely with Jewish Care’s operative’s team to evolve planning approved scheme into a platform to meet the functional needs of the extra care facility

Provided Tender Design Services to enable competitive tender and maintained a client advisory role during the on-site to construction phases as well as a Principal Designer role.

Delivered 3-dimensional construction information in BIM compliant format co-ordinating with other appointed consultants.
