Marcus has over 30 years of experience in IT service management across many industry sectors.  His skills span design, implementation, production and the eventual decommission of services.  Customer focus is always at the centre of his design thinking.

 

Marcus joins us to explore how processes and technology can combine to offer our customers the best experience, reducing complexity.

 

In his spare time, Marcus enjoys composing music, watercolour painting and photography.
