#ThrowbackThursday - Planning Approval for 128 Units in Southampton!

We are pleased to look back on the successful planning approval for 128 residential units at the former Hightown Secondary School site, Bursledon Road, Southampton.

Working with our client, JT Consultancy Limited, RDT Architects helped evolve the design for this development, which includes 21 three-bedroom houses and two apartment buildings with one- and two-bedroom apartments. The design integrates public open space, car parking, cycle storage, and landscaping to create a vibrant new community.

The modern architectural approach brings fresh life to a site that had been vacant for years, with additional features such as a play area, 56 new trees, and public footpaths.

This project provides much-needed housing and contributes to the ongoing regeneration of the area.
