🍰 RDT’s Fika Thursday: Connection, Creativity and Cake!

We make time for Fika because stepping away from the day-to-day to connect makes us a stronger team. It’s a simple idea: get together, have a chat, have some fun, and celebrate the people behind the work.
Last week’s Fika Thursday was a bake-off. So many brilliant bakes to choose from! Entries were judged on appearance, taste, and creativity (a tough job, but someone had to do it!).
