We are thrilled to announce the commencement of piling works on the 75-bed care home in Harpenden, in partnership with Oakland Care.

This modern care home facility is designed with the well-being of residents, staff, and visitors at its core. By prioritising functionality, sustainability, and seamless integration into the urban landscape, we aim to set a new standard in care home design.

Transforming a former vehicle repair centre, this care home will not only provide 75 comfortable residential rooms but also offer ample indoor and outdoor amenities. It will be a valuable asset to the community, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for all.

The journey has been a collaborative effort from the start at the feasibility and planning stages through to the construction phase. We are proud to work alongside Oakland Care, Building Construction Partnership, Coast Consulting Engineers, Envision Sustainability and Aedifice Partnership Project Managers to bring this vision to life.
