Fika Thursday: 16 Personalities ‘Guess Who?’

For our latest Fika Thursday, we swapped cake for curiosity and played a ‘Guess Who?’ style game inspired by the 16 Personalities Test.

Each of us picked a mystery person or character with similar personality traits (e.g. Barack Obama, Spider-Man, Elon Musk) and shared three traits with the team. Using cards with those clues, we then guessed which teammate matched the traits (and mystery character).

What did we learn? How closely (or not!) our personalities can align, how differently we think and communicate, and how much those differences strengthen us as a team.

Light-hearted, thought-provoking, and full of great conversation.
