This new build 77-bedroom Nursing Care Home for @HertfordshireCountyCouncil and operators @GoldCareHomes was commissioned to meet demand for care services in Herts.

The thoughtful design, with a focus on sustainability and innovation, showcases the dedication of the client, operator, and project team to provide exceptional care services for older people.
The incorporation of amenities such as wetroom ensuite accommodation, communal spaces, and sensory zones demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the residents' quality of life and independence.
The flexible design will help to meet the ever changing needs of its residents and illustrates the desire of the client, operator and project team for innovational design in order to deliver first class care for older people.

The residents are benefitting from the environment, gaining self-value, motivation and opportunities to maintain their life skills and live independently for longer.

Broxbourne Nursing Home was designed with the residents and staff at the heart of the client’s brief and is an exemplary building for a modern day nursing home facility.
