Celebrating Collaboration with HBCEC & Oaklands College

Yesterday Richard Tavener was delighted to be part of #ApprenticeshipWeek with Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club and Oaklands College - a fantastic collaborative event bringing industry and education together.

The session highlighted the importance of engaging future talent, showcasing real career pathways within construction, architecture, and the built environment. A huge thank you to the Oaklands College team for hosting us and to students and employers who took part - the enthusiasm, curiosity, and ideas were inspiring.

At RDT Architects, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation and strengthening the pipeline of skills across our region. We look forward to building on this partnership and continuing to champion opportunities for young people.
