Celebrating Innovation and Collaboration at Bedford Academy

We were delighted to join fellow members of the Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club for an inspiring visit to the new Bedford Academy building — a state-of-the-art, Net Zero Carbon in Operation teaching facility. The tour offered a first-hand look at innovative design and sustainable construction, with 16 new classrooms, community spaces, and inclusive features that set a benchmark for educational environments.

A huge thank you to Bedford Academy , Pick Everard, Ashe Construction, GSSArchitecture, Intelligent Membranes, and all the presenters for their warm welcome and insightful presentations. It was fantastic to connect with industry peers and see how collaborative working is shaping the future of education in our region.
