Championing Collaboration: Richard Tavener for RIBA East Region Chair

Exciting news for the architectural community in the East! Richard Tavener, CEO of RDT Architects and Boast Architects, and Chair of Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club, is standing for election as RIBA East Region Chair - a role he has experienced many year’s ago to which he hopes to return with renewed energy and vision.

Richard’s dedication to fostering collaboration is at the heard of his candidacy. Having led HBCEC, Richard has witnessed firsthand how bringing together professionals from across the region can spark innovation, share best practices, and drive excellence in our built environment.

This year, the HBCEC has already organised a collective networking breakfast on 27th November, held in conjunction with Beds Association of Architects, and extended invites to Herts Association of Architects, which is a perfect example of the power of partnership. Events like these foster connections, inspire new ideas, and strengthen our professional community.
