Following our successful planning application, RDT are now acting as lead architect on this contemporary apartment building.

The former 2-storey office and flats has now been demolished and a new 4-storey building to accommodate 8 modern apartments with associated parking and landscaping is being constructed with substructure complete and superstructure up to first floor planks.

These energy efficient and sustainable apartments will replace the dated building and enhance this area of Ruislip.

RDT are also providing the Principal Designer role for this project.
