Our Construction Director, Chris Young, recently visited the Avante Care & Support care home site in Westgate-On-Sea to see the fantastic progress on this modern 70-bed facility.

Designed with meticulous detail, this project is progressing well. Alongside a nice view of the sea from high up, the roof slabs & trusses are now in place! The rafters for the vaulted ceiling of the second-floor dining room are being installed & the slate tile hanging looks very smart contrasting well against the brick finish.

Our thorough design approach ensures each element is well-coordinated, reducing on-site queries and supporting efficient delivery.
