Our recent visit to the Avante Care care home site in Westgate-On-Sea showcased the fantastic progress on this thoughtfully designed 70-bed facility. With a focus on quality, functionality, and resident well-being, this project is taking shape to provide an exceptional living space for those in care.

Construction Director, Chris Young, was pleased to see the main building elevations being revealed with further scaffolding coming down to the exterior. “External landscaping is starting to take shape with bedroom patios and pathways being formed & the marketing suite edging closer to completion. Overall, the building is really taking shape and looking just like the planning visuals!”
