This care home is predominantly 2-storey with staff and ancillary facilities in the basement and 62 en-suite bedrooms, lounges and dining areas on the ground and first floor. The new home will meet the current market requirements for both its residents and staff.

The typography of the site means there will be a choice of landscaped gardens, patios and balconies around the building for residents to enjoy the outdoors.

When the work is completed, the residents of the existing Dudbrook Hall Care Home will move in. Further works will then commence on the retained Manor House to take Dudbrook Hall back to its original form to provide a day care centre and nursery facility which would integrate and stimulate social interactions between the age groups and improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the elderly.
