This care home development is a pivotal part of a larger 14-acre masterplan, paving the way for up to 70 new homes.

Designed in collaboration with Hertfordshire County Council, this contemporary care home is tailored to meet the unique challenges of the site, including its steep topography.

The result will be stunning multi-level care home that will boast captivating external gardens at every floor level.

Sustainability has taken centre stage with a BREEAM 2018 "Very Good" aspiration and a cutting-edge CO² reduction strategy embracing a fully electric scheme.
