Exciting News: Planning Approval Secured for New Homes in Redbourn!

We are thrilled to announce that planning approval has been granted for 15 new homes in Redbourn at a recent St. Albans City & District Council planning committee meeting. This project not only provides much-needed family homes but also includes local leisure contributions through extensive updates/improvements at Redbourn Recreation Centre.

It was pleasure working with our client, Jarvis Homes whose planning success follows years of consultation and engagement with existing members of the centre, neighbouring residents, the wider local community, Redbourn Parish Council, and Sport England.

The housing proposal includes 6 four-bedroom and 9 three-bedroom houses.
