By collaborating closely with Oakland Care’s operations team and securing planning approval alongside Jarvis Homes, our design process ensured clear and precise detailing and buildability.

Currently under construction with Building Construction Partnership, the team has praised the quality of our drawings and highlighted how our collaborative approach is highly beneficial during the construction phase, helping to resolve any site queries efficiently.

Our 3D BIM-compliant approach has further minimised site conflicts, improved efficiency and ensured smooth progress.

This project is a true collaborative effort, with key contributions from Coast Consulting Engineers, Envision and Aedifice Partnership Project Managers. Together, we are setting new standards in care home design, combining comfort, sustainability, and community integration.

RDT's Technical Director, Scott, recently visited site and was pleased to see that installation of the Radon barrier DPM was nearing completion, the flat roof and waterproofing to balconies and terrace were complete, the Atrium space was starting to take shape and the scaffolding striking has begun, revealing the brickwork facades.
