They have delivered a range of projects for Herts County Council, including the recently completed award winning Broxbourne Nursing Home for Herts County Council and Gold Care Homes.

The Herts County Council Framework Agreement presents a unique opportunity for RDT to leverage their skills and experience in the construction of adult care service facilities which are crucial to ensure that the county’s elderly and vulnerable adults receive the support and care facilities they need which may include care homes, supported living schemes and day centres.

Speaking about the award, Cheten Chauhan, Director of RDT said, “We are delighted to have been selected for this Framework Agreement and excited about the prospect of collaborating with Herts County Council on this vital initiative. The provision of healthcare facilities is a key area of our practice, and our focus is on designing spaces that promote the comfort, well-being and safety of the end-users. We are committed to working closely with the council to deliver innovative and effective solutions for adult care services that meet the needs of the community”

RDT’s mission is to listen, collaborate and problem solve to challenge the possibilities and consistently achieve results that matter. We are confident that we can help the council in delivering a sustainable and responsive environment which positively influences how we and our communities live, work and play.
