Herts CC Framework Agreement

RDT Architects are delighted to have been awarded a place on the Hertfordshire County Council Framework Agreement for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Support Construction Projects for Adult Care Services. This agreement seeks to provide architectural services over the next 4 years and RDT are one of four architects awarded a place on the framework.
RDT are celebrating their 20th year in practice and boast extensive experience across healthcare, commercial and residential sectors and have developed a reputation for designing innovative and sustainable buildings that meet the diverse needs of their clients. They have delivered a range of projects for Herts County Council, including the recently completed award winning Broxbourne Nursing Home for Herts County Council and Gold Care Homes.
The Herts County Council Framework Agreement presents a unique opportunity for RDT to leverage their skills and experience in the construction of adult care service facilities which are crucial to ensure that the county’s elderly and vulnerable adults receive the support and care facilities they need which may include care homes, supported living schemes and day centres.
