This 77 bed Nursing Care Home, with a focus on sustainability and innovation, has a flexible design to help meet demand for the ever-changing care services and illustrates the desire of the everyone involved to deliver first-class care for older people in Hertfordshire.

The residents are benefitting from an exceptional environment with gives them self-value, motivation and opportunities to maintain their life skills and live independently for longer.

The project will now go forwards to the LABC Finals in January in London.
