An 82 bedroom care home for Cinnamon Care Collection designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and family visitors.

RDT Architects were appointed on the project from Workstage 4 and are now novated to the care home specialist contractor, Lawrence Baker Ltd, for the construction phase.

Working #collaboratively with Lawrence Baker Ltd, PM's Meedhurst, Harniss Building Services Solutions, Catalyst Interiors and AFA Engineers, RDT have delivered the construction drawing information in a 3D BIM compliant environment to minimise potential conflicts on site and drive efficiencies.
