Work progressing well at former Eastleigh police station site which we visited last week.

RDT Architects worked closely with Hamberley Developments to design this mixed use masterplan including an 80 bedroom care home, 4 extra care suites together with 9 residential apartments in a separate block.

The locally listed police station building on this key urban site has been retained within the design to create 4 extra care apartments, a family room and a double height space café.

RDT Architects have been involved from conceptual design, and through the planning and tender process and are now providing a detailed architectural design service utilising BIM 3-dimensional design for this care home project.

Working alongside the design team of Highwood Contractors, Project Managers Fed3 and Ward Associates Engineers.
