RDT Architects were involved in the original conceptual design, planning and appeal stages for Grove Court Properties Ltd for a care home on a former vehicle sales dealership and fuel filling station site. At the end of the process the site enjoyed not 1 but 2 consents.

Based upon our experience in the sector, RDT were able to create a generic design to meet future care operator’s requirements.

The approved care home design was adapted and taken to detailed design by PRP Architects for Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited to offer outstanding luxury accommodation with 74 spacious studio apartments, communal areas and gardens creating a safe, happy, and fulfilling living environment and helping residents to retain their independence in style.
