We are thrilled to announce the completion of our new 78-bedroom, 3-storey care home for HC-One in Milton Keynes! This state-of-the-art facility offers luxurious communal amenities for residents and their families, including scenic gardens, spacious lounges and dining areas, a bar, bistro, hair and beauty salon, cinema, library, and a private dining area for family celebrations. This is HC-One’s second facility in Milton Keynes, and we are proud to have delivered it to the highest standards.

Working closely with the specialist care contractor Lawrence Baker and their supply chain, RDT Architects have delivered and coordinated the construction information in a 3D BIM compliant environment. This approach has streamlined coordination and problem-solving, minimising potential conflicts and achieving maximum project efficiency and precision on site.
