RDT are working on a refurbishment project at Proctor Way close to the Airport.

With 11 apartments conversion at Prudence Place and an additional floor and extension will be created at Charlottes Court to provide a total of 6 apartments as well as office space for our client.

Parking and cycle storage will be provided and the apartments will benefit from balcony space.

Prudence Place was formerly Spittlesea Hospital, built around the 1900’s and has survived the development of the airport facilities from the 1960’s.

RDT Architects are providing the detailed construction drawings and the Principal Designer role.#
