An 82 bedroom care home for @CinnamonCare designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and family visitors.

RDT Architects were appointed on the project from Workstage 4 and are now novated to the care home specialist contractor, Lawrence Baker, for the construction phase.

Project completion Summer 2024

Presented with a project which had already achieved planning approval, RDT utilised our problem solving values to revisit the design within the constraints of the planning consented scheme to successfully incorporate the requirements of our client and care home operator Cinnamon Care, and adapted the technical construction methodology to build a care home.

Working alongside the client’s interior designers, Catalyst, this care home will achieve a comfortable and flexible internal environment which will offer luxurious facilities for residents.
