Nurturing Future Talent in Construction at RDT Architects!

We’re excited to welcome Moses to our team. He is a second year T-Level student in Construction and the Built Environment from Bedford College who’s currently on a work experience placement with us here at RDT Architects!

This qualification is equivalent to 3 A Levels and as part of his programme, Moses needs to complete 315 hours of industry placement, gaining hands-on experience, collaborating on projects, and learning about the architectural side of the construction industry.

His placement is part of a broader partnership, between RDT Architects, Scott White Hookins and Morgan Sindall in collaboration with Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club.

Moses will have the opportunity to work across three unique environments. By experiencing different companies, he will gain a comprehensive perspective on the industry - building a foundation in both the technical and practical aspects of construction.

At RDT, Moses will work closely with our team to understand everything from initial design phases to planning and project management. It’s a fantastic chance for him to bring his T-Level studies to life, and we’re thrilled to be part of their journey.
