Planning Approval Granted for New Development in Luton!

We are thrilled to announce that planning approval has been granted for a residential development at 39-51 John Street, Luton, Bedfordshire!

Working alongside DLA Town Planning Ltd, RDT Architects were commissioned by Wardown Partnership to prepare a design proposal for a residential masterplan on the current vacant site and to the North by the River Lea.

The proposed development consists of 24 residential apartments over multiple floors. The proposed building is within a prime location within the town centre that is set up for major redevelopment, including the Luton Borough Council Stage Development (Bute Street) and Luton Town Football Club Stadium and mixed-use development at #PowerCourt.
