This new development will expand the residential capacity and enhance the facilities at the existing care home.

The new building will feature:
• A basement link to the existing home, creating additional care bedrooms
• Amenity spaces and landscaped gardens.
• New cycle parking and an updated garden area.
• Thoughtful alterations to the existing Spring Lane Care Home to improve overall functionality.

This planning approval comes on the heels of a recent internal refurbishment designed to rejuvenate the care home. Our vision is to transform Spring Lane into the ultimate haven for modern care living, offering an exceptional quality of life for its valued residents.
