Planning approval granted at development control committee for 3 bedroom detached family home in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.

Approval has been granted for this 3 bedroom home on a town centre location on the edge of Houghton Regis conservation area after a lengthy planning process.

Although the scale of the project was outside our normal scope, by listening to and collaborating with both our client and Central Beds planning department, a successful outcome for this scheme was realised. Our client commented “In addition to good design advice you have assisted throughout the planning process and advised us accordingly to deliver a technically sound and good architectural design resulting in planning success”.

It shows that with the right consultants, relevant reports and information which respond to local planning policy satisfy officers, who we thank for working closely with us throughout this process.
