Practical Completion Achieved at Westgate Care Home

We are delighted to announce that practical completion has been achieved at this new 70 bedroom care home in Westgate, Kent for Avante Care & Support.

This milestone marks the culmination of a collaborative effort to create a comfortable, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and staff alike.

Construction Director, Chris Young, shared: “It’s fantastic to see this project come to fruition. Walking through the completed building and seeing our design realised, especially knowing the positive impact this environment will have for its residents, makes this a truly rewarding project to have been part of.”

RDT worked closely with care home operators Avante Care from feasibility and planning to construction drawings and final delivery. Our comprehensive design approach ensured seamless co-ordination, reduced on-site issues, and supported an efficient, cost-effective build. We are proud to have collaborated with Lawrence Baker and Ridge and Partners to bring this vision to life.
