Every month one of our team gets awarded the whale award to say ‘whale done’ for something they have done really well in the previous month.

The winner is chosen by the previous months recipient and is rewarded with, not just the kudos, but a choice of treats, including Richard’s growing collection of local honey.

This month Scott Smallwood awarded the whale to Chris Young for holding the fort while he was on paternity leave and others were also on holiday.

It was an even busier time for Chris than normal and he is a worthy winner.
