RDT were involved in the concept, planning and appeal stages for this luxury 80 bedroom care home on a former vehicle sales dealership and fuel filling station site.

It was generic in design to meet future care operator’s requirements and is now being constructed by Beard. The care home will offer luxury assisted living and nursing in 74 studio-style bedrooms with communal areas and a garden for Signature Care Homes.

It would be good to visit after completion, which we understand is Winter 2022.
