We were delighted to go along to Herts & Beds Constructing Excellence Club's first 'face to face' event for 2 years.

Our staff were given a presentation and tour of the stunning new Enterprise Hub at the University of Hertfordshire. The hub provides 29,000 sq.ft. of teaching space, administration offices and start-up office space, student collaboration and social areas with a café and bar.

The building, which recently won a regional Constructing Excellence award for ‘Project of the Year’ was procured through Scape Procure and took a year to complete with a value of £8.9m and partial funding from Herts LEP.

Members of the Club enjoyed seeing this fantastic new facility in use and learning more about the collaborative relationship between the client, University of Hertfordshire, and the contractor, Willmott Dixon.
