Work has commenced on this stunning riverside location in Wheathampstead Village for Jarvis Homes.

RDT Architects have worked closely with the client and project team to evolve a design solution to site constraints including proximity to the river and associated floodplain, ecology, topography and previous land contamination.

RDT Architects have been involved throughout this project from the detailed feasibility, pre planning stage, including engagement with the local community and parish council, planning submission and approval and are now assisting with detailed design throughout the construction phase.
