Our CEO is Now on the RIBA Principal Designers Register

Richard has recently completed the RIBA Principal Designer assessment process and is now officially listed on the RIBA Principal Designers Register.

This course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills required to fulfil the role of Principal Designer under the CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations. The Principal Designer plays a critical role in ensuring health and safety throughout the lifecycle of a project, from concept and design to construction and completion.

Richard’s decision to pursue this accreditation is a strong commitment to fostering safer and more compliant construction practices. Being a Principal Designer is not merely about overseeing designs; it’s about creating collaborative working environments that prioritise the wellbeing of workers, users, and communities throughout the construction process.

Here’s an extraordinary fact: there are currently only around 120 registered Principal Designers across the UK and Richard is the only one in Herts & Beds! This makes Richard’s dedication and achievement all the more impactful as he joins a unique group of professionals shaping the future of construction safety.
