Stepping Up for Mental Health and Homelessness: RDT Architects & HBCEC Walk for OneYMCA 🌳

Our team at RDT Architects and Boast Architects, joined by friends from HBCEC, supporters of this great charity and a few enthusiastic dogs, completed a 10km walk through the stunning Ashridge Estate to raise funds for OneYMCA on #WorldMentalHealthDay and #WorldHomelessnessDay.

Walking together in nature was more than just a fundraiser - it was a powerful reminder of the importance of community, connection, and wellbeing. The event brought together over 35 participants from across our networks, each step helping to support OneYMCA’s vital work in mental health and homelessness across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

The walk gave us a chance to connect, reflect, and support each other - boosting our own mental health while making a real difference for others. Sharing stories, laughter, and encouragement along the way, we saw firsthand how coming together for a cause can lift spirits and strengthen bonds.
