Throwback Thursday: A Riverside Housing Development in Wheathampstead

We are reflecting on one of our more recent projects, completed om 2023. Melbourne Mews is a 28-home riverside development in Wheathampstead.

This vibrant addition to the village overcame challenges like river proximity, floodplains, ecology, topography, and land contamination.

Our team at RDT Architects worked closely with Jarvis Homes and the project team from feasibility and community engagement to detailed design and construction, ensuring a development that blends seamlessly with its local context.
