6 years ago we completed these stunning luxury apartment buildings for Jarvis Homes on a former hotel site. The 26 apartments were designed within two buildings over a basement car park with landscape amenity areas. The traditional Georgian style compliments the conservation area and this prominent gateway site in to Harpenden.

RDT provided full architectural design from site appraisal to onsite support for this developer/contractor client. During viability stages a mixed use apartment and C2 use care home scheme was designed.

Gleneagle Manor Apartments received the Harpenden Society’s highest award for enhancement of a local area, ‘Property of the Year’ at Herts Building & Construction Awards and was shortlisted for a Herts Association of Architects Award.

We frequently have the opportunity to revisit this property as it is only 5 minutes from our studio and it looks as good today as it did when it was completed back in 2015.
