5 years ago RDT Architects were working closely with Lawrence Baker to deliver a new build luxury 72 bedroom care home operated by Gracewell Healthcare.

The team supported Hamberley Developments to realise a planning consented design, which needed adaptation to meet the operational requirements identified by operators.

The delivery of construction stage 3D information in a BIM compliant format aided the project in various ways including full co-ordination with all disciplines and specialist supply items prior to construction on site.
