This modern 77-bedroom care home is owned by Hertfordshire County Council and operated by Gold Care Homes and will help residents to live as independently as possible.

RDT were involved at the original feasibility and planning stages for this care home and latterly for the construction drawing stage as well as working alongside the client as lead architect.

During the judging period Pinders will visit the care home and present a finalist trophy and make a donation of £500 to the nominated charity, Alzheimer's Society.

Fingers crossed for the awards ceremony which takes place at Royal Lancaster London on 15th March 2023.
