What an inspiring morning at our Biannual Business Presentation!

It was great to get the whole team together and we kicked off the day with breakfast, setting the stage for a day of reflection and celebration.

Our CEO @Richard and MD @Cheten reflected on our project work and excellent work ethics from the team over the past six months and our achievements and company growth, from winning prestigious awards, recognising our amazing team with the Whale and Star employee awards to celebrating personal milestones.

Our discussions also highlighted the successful approvals of project plans, the exciting new and ongoing projects that continue to drive our success – bringing additional benefits and innovative design solutions to achieve our clients' goals and our growing presence on social media.

Over the past six months, we've stayed true to our core values - collaboration, family, problem solving, quality and consistency. These values have guided us in delivering new solutions, deepening partnerships, and driving measurable results.

The presentations from our team members showcased how our mission influences every decision and fosters a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.

We concluded this inspiring morning with a lovely lunch at the Elephant and Castle in Amwell.
