RDT have been involved throughout the conceptual design, planning and construction phases. The design and delivery team includes Clegg Construction, Aedifice Partnership Project Managers and Colourways Contract Furnishings.

The riverside care home will be delivered over two floors with clustered household living groups surrounding a central courtyard garden with further communal facilities to include a cafe, lounges, activity room and hair salon opening out over a number of amenity gardens, terraces and balconies.

RDT Architects are working for the contractor on the construction drawings for this project as well as being retained as a client adviser for Herts County Council, which includes regular site visits to assess the progress of the site.

We hope to share images of the fully complete building including fit out in the coming weeks.
