Barchester Chestnut Gardens new build 72 bedroom care home in Purley which replaced 2 former dwelling houses on the main road.

RDT worked with Aspire LLP during the detailed feasibility and planning services, to realise a 3.5 storey home with lower ground floor level opening out onto secure courtyard amenity garden.

​

RDT delivered 3-dimensional planning information in BIM compliant format.

​

The care home is operated by Barchester Homes and TDC Architects were involved in this project post planning phase.
