Richard is passionate about design, architecture, business and education.  He has been a key figure representing the Construction Industry Council, Constructing Excellence in the East of England and Past Chairman of RIBA East.  He is currently Chair of Herts & Beds CE Club for the second time, having founded it in 2005.

Richard likes to spend his free time with his bees and jarring up their delicious honey.
